Returns:
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at our email with your order number and photos.

Final Sale Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and opened cosmetics are non-refundable.
