Returns of cosmetics
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetics and toiletry products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Money Back Guarantee for Devices
We offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee so you can try the device with confidence.
If you choose to return the device within 60 days of delivery, the following conditions apply:
- A usage fee of $1.50 per day will be deducted based on the number of days the device was used.
- The maximum usage fee is capped at 20% of the product’s retail price, even if the device is used for the full 60 days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- The device must be returned in reasonable condition.
How the Refund Is Calculated
Your refund will be:
Product price minus usage fee
Example:
If the device costs $449 and is returned after 27 days:
27 days × $1.50 = $40.50 usage fee
Refund amount = $449 – $40.50 = $408.50
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and opened cosmetics are non-refundable.
