Congratulations on your Sensica purchase! At Sensica, we strongly believe in product quality, and every Sensica device is subject to rigorous testing for quality and performance. Our limited 24-month warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of your Sensica device.
What Is Covered by the Limited Warranty?
This warranty covers only Sensica devices. Other Sensica products such as pads or creams are considered consumables and are therefore excluded from warranty coverage.
This 24-month limited warranty covers manufacturer defect-related problems in your Sensica device if the device was purchased directly from Sensica Inc. (on this website or through our store on Amazon).
Who Is Entitled to the Protection of This Warranty?
Only the original purchaser of the Sensica device is entitled to the protection of this warranty. Sensica may require proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, to confirm original ownership and the date of purchase.
How Long Does the Warranty Last?
The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires 24 months later. Claims submitted after 24 months from the purchase date are not covered.
Sensica may require proof of purchase showing the date the device was bought. The warranty period is not extended for any time during which the device or any of its parts are under repair or replacement.
What Is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse, misuse, improper care, impact, insertion of foreign objects, vandalism, improper storage, incorrect maintenance or repair, application of harmful chemicals, acts of God, fire, water damage, abrasives, negligence, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, use with non-Sensica accessories, use outside the intended purpose, loss of the device, normal wear and tear, alteration, overuse, professional use, or commercial use.
What Will Sensica Do If My Device Is Defective?
To obtain warranty service, please complete the required warranty service form. If a defect is confirmed, Sensica will repair or replace the device.
At Sensica’s discretion, we may:
- Replace the device with a new or refurbished unit at no charge; or
- Repair the device using new or refurbished parts at no charge.
If the issue is not covered under this warranty or if the device is found not to be defective, Sensica will notify you and provide available service options on a fee basis.
Return Authorization and Shipping
You must obtain a Sensica Return Authorization Number before shipping your device to Sensica. All shipments must follow Sensica’s instructions and include required documentation such as proof of purchase and the Return Authorization Number.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Failure to follow these recommendations may result in responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
All warranty services must be authorized and performed by Sensica or a service provider authorized by Sensica.
Warranty Limitations & Disclaimers
Sensica’s responsibility under this limited warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the device. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Sensica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, regardless of legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Sensica’s total liability shall not exceed the wholesale price of a single unit of the device.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Some regions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
Important Note
If your device is covered under a warranty provided by a local distributor, that warranty will prevail over the terms outlined above.
